Deforestation Monitoring with EUDR

Deforestation Monitoring with EUDR

To access the EU market and supply goods compliant with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), FarmerLink supports you through the following steps:

Registration

  • Farmers and plot polygons are registered offline, creating a well-structured database of uniquely identifiable farmers and their plots
  • The system organizes data into a customized group structure with configured user access, ensuring accessibility and security

Survey

  • A customized EUDR compliance survey is integrated, covering social and environmental standards as well as legality checks
  • Farmers and plots receive a performance score, providing insights into their compliance levels

Validation

  • Validation of plot polygons and deforestation status since January 1, 2021, using geospatial data aligned with EUDR frameworks
  • Checks for the presence of plots within protected areas are performed
  • Traceability of exported products is verified down to the plot level, ensuring transparency
  • A detailed Deforestation Risk Analysis identifies potential risks and areas for improvement

Compliance

  • Based on the verified compliance of farmers, plots, and product traceability, a Due Diligence Statement is generated
  • A geoJSON file of the plots is created for submission to the EU TRACES portal, ensuring seamless compliance with EUDR import requirements
